Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Lead the technical strategy for scaling our core recommendation engines and predictive models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Engineering) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, data privacy, and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning to integrate the latest advancements.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
