Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of handling next-generation data volumes and complexity.
- Generative AI Leadership: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize AI models for edge computing environments and low-latency applications.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all models.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and model development.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
