Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, specifically tailored for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy state-of-the-art models.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with minimal latency.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure architectural compliance with security standards and ethical AI guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
