Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement end-to-end AI infrastructure optimized for high-throughput processing and low-latency inference in a 2026-ready environment.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and multimodal reasoning.
- Research & Development: Lead a team of elite researchers in exploring novel architectures, including sparse attention mechanisms and efficient training paradigms.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models into production, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement through A/B testing and feedback loops.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and AI, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record working with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Claude architectures) and experience with distributed training systems.
