Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, autonomous artificial intelligence architectures capable of complex, multi-modal decision-making.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines for breakthrough computational performance.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals and ethical AI standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a world-class team of ML engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and deep learning, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models.
- Quantum Awareness: Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, qubits, and quantum supremacy (bonus points for hands-on experience).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
