Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI and quantum integration.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI models, ensuring they are efficient, ethical, and deployable at scale.
- Establish and mentor a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience required).
- Proven experience leading architecture teams in high-scale production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware acceleration is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and system reliability engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
