Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI and machine learning architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior developers and senior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
