Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the company's 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large language models and neural networks for high-throughput inference environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Define best practices for MLOps, data governance, and cloud-native AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate complex business needs into technical architectures.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks in system scalability and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
