The Role
You will be at the helm of our R&D division, responsible for defining the technical roadmap and architectural principles for our AI systems. This is not a standard engineering role; it is a strategic leadership position requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to anticipate the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for our core autonomous agents.
- Define the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for our AI initiatives leading up to the 2026 release.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing interfaces) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and safety protocols are embedded in system design.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
