Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Architect and lead the strategic technical vision for our AI ecosystem, focusing on AGI-readiness and sustainable computing.
- Design Next-Gen Neural Networks: Develop proprietary architectures that outperform current state-of-the-art models in efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee System Scalability: Ensure our AI infrastructure can handle petabyte-scale data processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead Interdisciplinary Teams: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust frameworks to ensure AI transparency, safety, and compliance with emerging global standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Large Language Model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their integration with classical AI.
