Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical architecture with business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for generative AI applications.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy cutting-edge models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into legacy infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
