Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructures designed to handle 2026 workloads and data volumes.
- Lead research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate complex AI models into core business logic seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and security compliance.
- Drive technical strategy for the evolution of our machine learning stack over the next 3 years.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and NLP.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact AI products.
