As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will define the architectural vision for our flagship product, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in a rapidly evolving landscape. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, leading a team of elite engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for the 2026 platform, focusing on high-scale AI processing and edge computing.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic 2026 goals into actionable technical milestones.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models, ensuring real-time latency reduction and resource efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for the 2026 product suite.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary AI algorithms and user data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks; deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
