Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for our core AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.
- System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure machine learning systems that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from prototype to production deployment using MLOps pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to translate academic breakthroughs into practical, production-ready solutions.
- Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- MLOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps tools.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and manage complex projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
