Responsibilities

- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Oversee the development of proprietary machine learning models, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade security and reliability standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive leadership to translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating viable solutions into our stack.
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy in high-growth environments and delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
