In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering. You will lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers to build systems that are not only scalable but also ethical, secure, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for high-traffic Generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model fine-tuning, quantization, and pruning to optimize performance for edge and cloud environments.
- System Integration: Integrate LLMs with existing enterprise stacks using modern APIs and microservices architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating new models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) and proprietary architectures.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and model integrity in production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of NLP, transformer architectures, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a passion for the future of AI.
