Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and communicate the long-term technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- Design Scalable Systems: Lead the design of scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling high-volume data streams and complex computations.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the research and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning models, including NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize model performance to ensure real-time latency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
