Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Project 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic implementation of futuristic AI models, including Generative AI and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve in AI evolution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards regarding bias and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technical strategy and leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
