Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- AGI Research & Development: Lead the R&D team in exploring advanced transformer models, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic computing.
- Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Hardware to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
- Model Optimization: Drive efforts to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for edge and cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models (LLMs).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
