Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technical vision for AI and machine learning development, aligning with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, high-performance neural network architectures capable of handling massive data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a world-class team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the prototyping of breakthrough technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (GDPR, AI Act).
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps with a specific focus on long-term (2026+) outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategy to diverse audiences.
