We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of autonomous systems, and we need a technical leader to define the architecture that powers the future.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning and production-grade software engineering. You will define the technical strategy for our upcoming AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model versioning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all AI systems are robust, fair, and explainable (XAI).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
