Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for 2026 standards.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, selecting the right tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and methodologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of neural networks and algorithms to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Exploration: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends, researching and prototyping new technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Extensive experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
