Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon's 2026 product suite, focusing on scalable AI integration.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business objectives for C-suite executives.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of algorithms to ensure sub-millisecond latency for critical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in the convergence of AI and quantum computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
