Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for our 2025 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize large language models (LLMs) for latency, cost, and accuracy.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy for AI adoption within the organization, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI) into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
