Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 autonomous AI framework, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the migration to advanced predictive neural networks capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and data governance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software architecture, or a similar senior technical role.
- Expert proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
