The Role:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps, driving innovation that sets the standard for the industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to support long-term strategic goals (2026 roadmap).
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability across all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and future tech to integrate best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
