Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models for complex, real-world applications.
- Lead the design and optimization of large language model (LLM) pipelines, focusing on inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and ethical standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
