Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Model Development: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into market-ready solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive optimization strategies to reduce inference latency and enhance model accuracy in real-time environments.
- R&D: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
