Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy the core neural engine for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency in production environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI infrastructure team.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
