Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for core machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies for high-stakes projects.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency performance in edge environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
