The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our machine learning platforms, overseeing the development of deep learning models that power Project 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in the development of the Project 2026 core model.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and rigorous bias mitigation across all training datasets.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, high-performance code.
- Optimize inference speeds and model accuracy for real-time operation in high-stakes environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the AI engineering department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams and mentoring talent.
- Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
