Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for real-time inference.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring novel architectures such as Transformers and Graph Neural Networks.
- Optimize model performance for edge computing devices and massive data clusters.
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance within the organization.
- Present technical roadmaps and research findings to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
