Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive the research agenda for foundational models, ensuring our solutions are state-of-the-art in efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging trends in AI and integrate them into our long-term technical strategy for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Model Development: Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale transformer models or generative AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
