Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design robust, scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies, such as Quantum AI integration and Neuromorphic computing, expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish strict frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers in best practices, code reviews, and architectural patterns.

- Cloud Native Architecture: Proven track record designing distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and microservices.

- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
