Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for the high-performance demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize model performance for edge and cloud deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Extensive experience with MLOps, model deployment, and data engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
