Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable AI/ML models, focusing on Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, ensuring FutureCore remains at the cutting edge of technology.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, and vector databases is highly preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying AI workloads on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
