Responsibilities
- Architect and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing cutting-edge algorithms for autonomous systems.
- Ensure model robustness, scalability, and ethical compliance across all deployed services.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.
