Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models optimized for real-time inference.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to integrate AI into core workflows.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct code reviews and drive technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Research emerging trends in Generative AI and Deep Learning to apply them to our product.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
