Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for latency and accuracy, deploying them to production environments via Kubernetes and AWS.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers.
- Strategic Vision: Identify emerging trends in AI and quantum computing to drive the company's long-term technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
