Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation Generative AI models tailored for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business platforms, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model explainability, fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.

- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
