Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary AI frameworks designed for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, security experts, and operations leads, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security, compliance, and ethical AI standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to validate new concepts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to classical AI problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
