Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging 2026 technological trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of complex neural networks, ensuring low-latency performance and high accuracy.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable microservices and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
