Responsibilities
- Architect the Future Web: Design the high-level system architecture for the Web 2026 platform, focusing on decentralized AI, edge computing, and neural interfaces.
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary generative AI models and ensure they are scalable, secure, and ethical.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies such as brain-computer interfaces (BCI) and spatial computing.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and industry researchers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible products.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and architectural bottlenecks before they impact the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models (LLMs), and distributed systems.
- Web 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current web standards; experience with Web3, 3D web graphics, or spatial computing is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
