Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for our flagship products.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary deep learning models, focusing on NLP and computer vision applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and throughput in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and innovate under pressure.
