Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable backend architectures that leverage cutting-edge AI and machine learning frameworks.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the integration of new technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, quantum-ready algorithms) into our product suite.
- Code Excellence: Write high-performance, maintainable code in Python, Rust, or Go, ensuring adherence to best practices and clean code principles.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, conduct load testing, and optimize latency for high-throughput data processing.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for product managers and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role within AI or distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Proven ability to design resilient, high-availability systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
