Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Robotics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven tools into core business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Establish a framework for Future Tech Risk Management and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor a team of developers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets in the future tech sector.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Architecture.
- Strong experience in Strategic Planning and forecasting technological trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
