Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AGI integration and Quantum-ML hybridization.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to prototype next-gen neural interfaces.
- Conduct high-level risk assessments for emerging technologies, ensuring ethical alignment and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and partnerships for futuristic R&D initiatives.
- Define the technical standards for interoperability between human cognition and machine learning models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI/ML.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (5-10 year) technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and their potential future evolution.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
