Responsibilities

  • Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives into error correction and qubit coherence to achieve Quantum Supremacy by 2026.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize algorithms for latency and throughput, ensuring our systems scale efficiently across distributed cloud environments.

Qualifications

  • Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Machine Learning.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Quantum Computing or advanced cloud infrastructure.
