As we gear up for our 2026 rollout of the Neural-X Core, we are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Quantum Architect to design the systems that will redefine the digital frontier.

Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of quantum-classical hybrid AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives into error correction and qubit coherence to achieve Quantum Supremacy by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize algorithms for latency and throughput, ensuring our systems scale efficiently across distributed cloud environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and futuristic milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Quantum Computing or advanced cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unsolved problems in distributed systems and high-dimensional data spaces.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
