Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for our AI and Quantum hybrid systems.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams.
