Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and implement next-generation neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for our core product suite.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimize Performance: Drive research into model compression and quantum error correction to maximize computational efficiency.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and researchers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading technical teams.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
